The following photographs show some of the detailed manufacture of a 2 impression, pressure die cast tool for a UPVC Door Handle. The top and bottom tools were made from our customers finished 3D Model of the part. All tool designs, overflows and shrinkage were drafted up and calculated in house prior to manufacture.
